I am Peter, Finance/Strategic Planning/ Internal Controls & Head of Internal Audit/Corporate Governance/ Transformation Programme/Fraud Investigations/ Mergers and Acquisitions including business integrations etc. Worked over 20 years in Public Sector ( Central Government Depts. Home Office/ DTI/ MOD/ Dept Education )/ NHS/ Police. Spent over 20 years in Private Sector PLC/ SME working in variety of roles including Finance Director . Currently interested in NED/ Trustee roles in Care Sector/ Housing Associations or SME
